• One free consultation

  During your consultation you will get the opportunity to ask me questions on a personal and professional level. Feel free to ask me about my qualifications, experiences, hobbies, and more. The consultation is also a great opportunity for me to get to know you. I want to ensure I have a thorough understanding of your fears, wants, needs, potential birth preferences, and more.

• One-Two prenatal visits including:

  Getting more comfortable with each other, asking questions, creating and finalizing your birth preferences, going over your wants, needs, and fears, providing you with researched information so you can make an informed decision, discussing comfort techniques you may be interested in trying, breastfeeding information, preparing you for postpartum and life with your little one

• Communication

  You will have access to my phone number and email. Feel free to email, text, or call me with any questions or concerns you may have. I am here for you! I can find information you may need or give you referrals if that is something you request as well.

• On-call status

  I am on-call for you in preparation for your birth two weeks before and after your due date. Should you go into pre-term labor, I will do everything in my power to be there.

• Labor and Delivery

  Once you believe labor has begun, give me a call and I will come meet you at your home, birth center, or hospital. I can assist you in early labor and/or active labor. I am here for you. I will follow your birth plan and try my best to ensure that it is followed. If something comes up that is not in your birth plan, I will discuss the risks and benefits with you so that you can make an informed decision.

•  One Postpartum visit

  I will meet you at your home or a coffee shop to debrief your birth story, answering any questions you may have about about breastfeeding, car seat safety, postpartum depression, and infant care. Assisting with any items at home you may need: a quick meal, a shower, laundry, clean up, a nap, etc. Whatever will help you focus on baby and de-stress.

• Additional Prenatal and Postpartum

  visits are available for additional fees.

• I can provide photography during or after delivery if you so wish.

Antepartum Visits

$60.00 per hr

You may wish to have an antepartum Doula to assist you throughout your pregnancy for a variety of reasons. The most common reason is if you are feeling nervous and uneasy about delivery, your support person wants more advice on how to comfort you during labor, if you want questions answered in person, or for any other personal reason. I am here for you! I can attend appointments with you as you wish, debrief or break down appointments, have accessible support to questions throughout your pregnancy on what is normal and what is not. I am also meant to be your support if you have experienced previous losses and need encouragement and reminders throughout your pregnancy. Another popular reason for hiring an antepartum Doula is if you are on bed rest and need assistance at your home with household chores, meal prep, socialization, and more. Overnight Postpartum Support

Having a newborn is not always easy. You love to snuggle them and watch them grow, but also you want to sleep. During these visits I help to support healthy sleep habits for you and baby. I provide guidance with recovery from your birth, lactation support, newborn care, breast/bottle feeding, car seat safety, safe sleep options for newborns. Having twins or multiples? I can do that as well!

I also provide in hospital support following the birth.

Overnight Rates $60-65.00/hour

Sibling Doula

Do you have older children that will need care while you are off having your baby? Let me help. I am on call for you two weeks before and two weeks after your guess date so you can count on someone to be there when you need to take off! Having an added peace of mind that all is well at home while you are focusing at the task at hand is an added bonus!
